Q8. Does myOwnCloud support file transfer between my device and my ownCloud?
We do not currently support file transfer via My OwnCloud. We do however support webDAV which is an Internet standard. So you can view your files from your device through a web browser and we can share and delete files from your device. The client does not have to be installed on the mobile device and so is useful if you access your files from a public computer. You can test it by viewing the address bar of your web browser as we support "https" on our server. The "80" in the address bar can be replaced with the letter "w". The format of the address is: "" where user is your myOwnCloud username and pw is your password.
If you wish to transfer files via other means you will need to install our mobile client.
Q9. Where can I get help?
Q10. How can I get files into my ownCloud?
You can import them from other services using the 'WebDAV' file browser available on your device. You can use any browser and your ownCloud account. We also provide tutorials for this.
Q11. Where can I store my files?
